This is the proper response to the resignation of Eric Holder

Everybody is commenting on Attorney General Eric Holder resigning. Sen. Harry Reid had a comment. Rep. Steven Horsford had a comment.

But I like Rep. Mark Amodei’s the best:

RENO, Nev. – After learning that U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder will resign, Congressman Mark Amodei (NV-2) released the following statement:

“Thank you.”

Amodei is far from alone in that response.

  4. Athos says:

Mark A. great reply. Holder will be held accountable for his sins against our nation. He’s been around long enough to realize how truly evil he’s been.

Good riddance would have been an equally “Silent Cal” utterance.

I think the best responses were from the following:

KKK: We are thankful our biggest enemy is quitting.
Minorities: We didn’t really want to vote. This clinches it.
Corporate thieves: Now we can get a good teapublican AG we can pay off.
GOP senators: I wonder who Fox News will approve as OUR choice to replace Holder.

  6. Steve says:

Dave, you failed to associate conservatives with NAZI’s
But hanging your KKK on the board is almost as hypocritical, so you win the award.
    Here’s your sign:

  7. Athos says:

Ho-Ho, Dave Lanson! By the way, you do realize that the KKK was born in the Democrat Party, don’t you?

And that the Black Panthers were intimidating people outside of a Philadelphia voting booth that the water carrier declined to prosecute, right?

My favorite is “the wrong man resigned”.
