At the sewer plant where I work, we have “clarifier ducks.” I’m going to find the photos of “Petey” the peacock, who I discovered perched on my car roof (inside a closed garage–never could figure out how he got in there). Petey was a squatter on my back patio, every day for two solid weeks! What a mess, and he stationed himself right outside the patio door. Every evening he would fly off over the wall, but in the morning, there he was again! They’re not much to look at from behind, I can tell you!
